The new culture sensitive cooking school concept!

Enliven your senses with a culinary experience that will take you on a journey across the continents. WIP classes are taught by people passionate about cooking who come from different countries, have traveled the world and discovered original recipes for exotic yet simple dishes that they will share with you during our weekly classes. Classes are taught in small groups, mimicking a small dinner party where your host will share stories from intriguing voyages while showing you how to recreate a piece of travel through sautéing, simmering, searing and finally tasting a tantalizing treat.

Out of the beaten tracks in Paris!

Our main objective:

making you discover the hidden part of Paris so you will feel like travelling far away from the Capital…

Going down narrow paved streets, you will realise in Paris there are not only large avenues with famous buildings and monuments but also peaceful areas among greenery and antics…

What is the Paris Authentic unsuspected day?

Schedule

10.00am
We pick you up at your hotel to go to the oldest place of Paris: Place des Vosges.
You will discover there the unmatched Marais area with its real village atmosphere where it is so good to meet friends and enjoy simple life.
You will appreciate Victor Hugo’s apartment or Hotel de Sully just near by.

11.30am
We will go then to Parc de Bercy where the latest architecture can border with the oldest (cours Saint Emilion)
How to get back to XIXth century fun fairs‘atmosphere, when the big wheel was made of wood, the horses were kings and sweets home made? We invite you to a special visit of “Arts Forains” museum .A full of fun way to old games and activities.

1.00pm
It is hard time for a meal. What about a typical Parisian picnic with pâté, cheese, traditional bread without forgetting the good wine! For great scenery, we shall take you to arènes de Lutèce , most probably the oldest vestiges of Paris, the stones there date from year 200!!!

2.00pm
After the digestion, we shall take a new direction, South-East of Paris and its atypical area: la Butte aux Cailles.
At the top of the 63m high hill, you will find something like a town in the country side with a touch of joking spirit especially in the cafés open till late at night…You will like the low- roofed houses lining the labyrinth of narrow streets and passages.
We will carry on our tour in Parc Monsouris with its lot of ancient trees and where you will discover beautiful artists’ studios (painters, poets, authors, sculptors…)

3.00pm
That’s it, it’s time to go back but before dropping you wherever you wish, we’ll stop at Pavillon de L’Arsenal.
This small museum installed in a converted warehouse will show you the different steps of the construction of Paris through surprising models, photographs and paintings…

Be assured that from now on words, your memories of Paris will taste different!
